Flagstaff Exterior Painting

Jesus, Pepe, and Chano of Father and Sons Painting just completed several jobs at our house. We selected Father and Sons after receiving three bids. They painted new soffits on the house, the ceiling and walls of a large laundry room, and the exterior of our shed which had received repairs and modifications. Most importantly, Jesus restained the front cedar siding of our house. Before the color was inconsistent with large areas which appeared to have no stain at all. It was pretty ugly, but Jesus made it beautiful. He also power washed and sealed our concrete driveway and porch.

Jesus' came out immediately to look over the jobs, and his bid was oral and a handshake was our contract (I emailed him a detailed list with photos of everything to be done). He asked for no payment up front, and expected payment only after every detail was 100% completed to our satisfaction.
